    The planning consent achieved enabled the podium of the property to be reconfigured to accommodate Tesco within a high street retail unit offering over 4,000 sq.ft at ground floor level. D2 Gym use was provided at ground and basement levels offering approximately 6,000 sq.ft of operational space.   The scheme introduced an active street façade to what was formerly a bland and continuous brick wall.
